Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa, Palm Cove

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was nice, facing the pool and restaurant area, but it was a bit average for the price paid as the bathroom and spa bath jets were unclean upon arrival. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with a calm and helpful staff who even apologized and offered us a cocktail. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing Palm Grove amenities, yet it lacked air conditioning which was uncomfortable in the hot weather. The dining experience was decent, although the breakfast from the adjacent room was not satisfying. Overall, it's a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is located right on the beach, with easy access to cafes and restaurants, offering a great beach atmosphere. The rooms could use some improvement with maintenance, but the overall stay was pleasant despite minor inconveniences.
